Preso appuntamento tramite numero verde per fare isee spiegando la situazione (trattasi di isee di persona ricoverata in ospedale da più di un mese). Dettomi telefonicamente che non c erano problemi a patto di avere documentazione completa. Arrivata all appuntamento fissato da un mese, mi sento dire dal ragazzo di turno che non può farmelo perché non c è l intestatario. Al massimo mi da' fogli da far firmare alla persona e devo riprendere appuntamento. (Isee che serve per avere assistenza sociale domiciliare).Ciò quando telefonicamente mi era stato assicurato non ci sarebbero stati problemi. (D' altro canto era appena arrivato computer nuovo da installare e quando la signora ha detto che ero arrivata per isee, ho sentito rispondere "Adesso aspetta" nonostante fossi in orario perfetto con l'appuntamento da loro fissato. Quando io mi sono permessa di dire che avevo altri impegni, sono stata fatta passare per poi essere "rimbalzata").Giustissimo dare priorita' alle proprie cose, anziche' alle persone! Consiglio vivamente di recarsi presso altri caf/patronati vicini. Ad esempio Sias Piazza Prealpi molto competenti e disponibili. Ps specifico che peraltro, la persona intestataria dell'isee, ha pure pagato tesseramento Cgil tre mesi fa.. .
Incompetent and humanityless people. Appointed by toll-free number to do isee explaining the situation (it isee of a person hospitalized for more than a month). Tell me by phone that there were no problems as long as you have complete documentation. When I allowed myself to say that I had other commitments, I was made to pass and then be "rebounded"). It was very right to give priority to your own things, rather than to the people! I highly recommend going to other nearby cafes / patronages. For example, very competent and helpful Sias Piazza Prealpi.
