Andato una volta per non tornarci mai più. Sconsigliattissimo!!! In my opinion, fares out of the world, for an international driving license (cost for motorization 40 euros) they asked me for 90 euros, with an increase of 125%. Went once to never go back. Per colei che ha scambiato una semplice battuta, per una mancanza di rispetto a parte scusarmi in prima persona dell'equivoco null'altro posso fare. Mi preme solo dire che la qualifica di uomo delle pulizie è la stessa che mi attribuisco quando spesso ne non volentieri veniamo tempestati di telefonate dai call center's. Infine per il più deciso null'altro posso aggiungere se non che gradirei sapere con chi ho il piacere di avere a che fare in modo da poter eventualmente correggere ogni possibile e umana mancanza. Oltre ad avere aspettato 20 giorni a spedirmi un libretto (senza il quale dopo 30 giorni non avrei potuto circolare ) hanno commesso un errore nella compilazione dei dati (a loro dire attribuito a me , come se non conoscessi i miei dati personali) facendomi aspettare per altri 15 giorni; dopodiché in seguito a svariate telefonate (durante le quali gli operatori si sono dimostrati maleducati ) si sono decisi a spedire il mio libretto facendomi pagare le spese di spedizione (quindi oltre che avermi fatto aspettare un mese mi è stato fatto pagare per un errore non mio) SCONSIGLIATISSIMO Rude, slow and unprofessional. In addition to having waited 20 days to send me a booklet (without which I would not have been able to circulate after 30 days), they made an error in compiling the data (attributed to me, as if I did not know my personal data), making me wait for another 15 days; then after several phone calls (during which the operators were rude) they decided to send my booklet making me pay the shipping costs (so in addition to making me wait a month I was made to pay for a mistake not mine ) NOT RECOMMENDED

Mi hanno aiutato il più possibile ad accompagnarlo dentro per farlo firmare e gli hanno anche dato qualche caramella per farlo riprendere dallo sforzo. Sono piccole cose, ma fa sempre piacere trovare persone così disponibili. Servizio veloce e senza intoppi. I was supposed to have my disabled father do a car ownership transfer. They helped me as much as possible to accompany him inside to get him signed and even gave him some candy to get him back from the effort.
