Se per sfortuna vi fate male vi lasciano a casa, se vi capita di esprimere un opinione vi lasciano a casa, se non siete simpatici al capo di turno vi lasciano a casa. Differenze tra interinali e fissi abissali, io personalmente non potevo rinunciare ad andar di sabato perché obbligato, le rarissime volte in cui ho chiesto un giorno di ferie apriti cielo. Lasciamo stare oltretutto la direttrice del personale che ha lasciato a casa interinali che erano li da anni ma si tiene stretta la gente che dorme durante il turno notturno o fa sparire soldi dal portafoglio dei colleghi. Concludendo : stipendio a parte, non rimpiango questa azienda. Exploited for a year to the bone and then left at home. Differences between interim and fixed abyssals, I personally could not give up on Saturday because I was obliged, the very rare times when I asked for a day off I opened the sky. Above all, let's leave the director of the staff who left home temporary workers who had been there for years but keep the people who sleep during the night shift or make money disappear from the portfolio of their colleagues. In conclusion: salary aside, I do not regret this company.

Sono stato obbligato ad andare tutti i sabati contro la mia volontà esclusivamente perché ero interinale, io come tutti gli interinali presenti in quel periodo, che nel caso in cui si avevano problemi ( anche personali ) bisognava obbligatoriamente spiegare a un responsabile la motivazione e forse dopo ti dava il permesso. Altro che prima la persona, a loro non frega nulla, sei un numero e vieni sfruttato fin quando servi. Sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda. Unfortunately I worked for this company between 2017 and 2018. I was obliged to go every Saturday against my will exclusively because I was temporary, I like all the temporary workers present at that time, and in case of problems (even personal) it was compulsory to explain to a manager the reason and perhaps gave you permission afterwards. Other than the person first, they do not give a damn, you are a number and you are exploited until you serve. I strongly advise against this company.
F	Francesco dal ponte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che provengo da esperienze in pmi dove nel migliore dei casi la strumentazione per lavorare era funzionante ma non a norma, molte volte costretti a lavorare in ambiente per nulla salubre e senza dpi adeguati. Questa è un'azienda grande, con annessa mentalità e gestione del lavoro(non si vive alla giornata senza sapere se la settimana dopo c'è lavoro): il lavoro c'è, è costante e questo vuol dire lavorare anche sabato ma a fine mese il sacrificio è ben ripagato. Sul piano della sicurezza poi penso nessuno possa dire nulla: dpi adeguati, norme anti Covid rispettate, la sicurezza è messa al primo posto. Il clima di lavoro è buono, anche grazie all'impegno dei capo turno che non organizzano solo il lavoro, ma fanno di tutto per far sì che ci sia armonia tra i colleghi. Il lavoro è pesante? A riguardo penso che nessun lavoro sia pesante in assoluto ma debba essere correlato allo stipendio percepito: ho fatto lavori poco più leggeri per circa 600€ in meno al mese. Complessivamente posso dire che è il miglior posto dove ho lavorato. PS: faccio 66km al giorno per andare a lavorare ma non lo ritengo un problema anche se quando l'agenzia me lo aveva proposto ero dubbioso. I state that I come from experiences in SMEs where in the best of cases the instrumentation to work was working but not up to standard, many times forced to work in an environment that is not at all healthy and without adequate dpi. This is a large company, with an attached mentality and work management (you don't live for the day without knowing if there is work the next week): the work is there, it is constant and this means working also on Saturday but at the end month the sacrifice is well repaid. In terms of security then I think no one can say anything: adequate dpi, anti Covid rules respected, safety is put first. The working climate is good, also thanks to the commitment of the shift managers who not only organize the work, but do everything to ensure that there is harmony between colleagues. Is the work heavy? In this regard, I think that no job is heavy at all but must be related to the salary received: I did slightly lighter jobs for about € 600 less a month. Overall I can say it is the best place I have worked. PS: I do 66km a day to go to work but I don't think it is a problem even if when the agency proposed it to me I was doubtful.
M	Mattia D’Angelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da parte mia mi son trovato benissimo sia con tutti i collaboratori che con tutti i colleghi con cui ho condiviso questa bella esperienza Ho avuto veramente una gran fortuna ad entrare in questa grande realtà, e ho avuto modo di imparare tante cose su questo lavoro e comunque che mette al primo posto la sicurezza dei lavoratori. Azienda che lavora nel minimo dettaglio, si occupa della cura del cliente e affronta subito le problematiche cercando sempre di migliorarsi. Bellissima azienda davvero. For my part, I had a great time both with all the collaborators and with all the colleagues with whom I shared this beautiful experience I was really lucky to enter this great reality, and I was able to learn many things about this job and in any case that puts the safety of workers first. Company that works in the smallest detail, takes care of the customer and immediately faces problems always trying to improve. Really beautiful company.

Purtroppo sono stato lasciato a casa, ma questo non implica di parlare male di questa azienda, avrò commesso degli errori e cercherò di commetterli più in futuro. Provare per credere davvero una bella azienda. Magnificent place, I really recommend trying this reality, it has really grown me up a lot and has made me understand a bit what the world of work is like. Unfortunately I was left at home, but that does not imply that I speak badly of this company, I will have made some mistakes and will try to make them more in the future. Seeing is believing a really nice company.

Ma la cosa più imbarazzante è il suo capo Lello che non ha ancora capito quanto vale il suo capoturno.. O fa finta d non capire.. Un saluto alla sk. Wellman che da un buon lavoro a tante persone..
