★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un'annetto fa ho acquistato da loro un termocamino klover,( da premettere ho richiesto un sopralluogo a casa mia prima di acquistarlo) l'ho fatto montare da loro sia la parte elettrica che l'itraulica e tutta la colonna scarico fumi in tubi inox da loro consigliati.
Per farla breve il camino da subito a cominciato ad emanare fumo nella stanza in più a distanza di qualche mese il camino si è anche intasato di catrame.
Dopo diverse richieste di intervento per risolvere il problema fumi loro mi hanno liquidato dicendomi che il problema non era dovuto al mal funzionamento del camino ma bensì dalle correnti d'aria che si creavano nella mia zona.
Ora mi rivolgo a voi lettori vi sembra normale dopo aver speso 4700 euro per un termocamino essere liquidati in questo modo?

In short, the chimney immediately began to emit smoke in the extra room after a few months the chimney was also clogged with tar.
After several requests for intervention to solve the fumes problem, they liquidated me, telling me that the problem was not due to the malfunctioning of the fireplace but rather from the air currents that were created in my area.
Now I turn to you readers, does it seem normal to you after having spent 4700 euros for a fireplace stove to be liquidated in this way?
