★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una perche di meno non se ne possono dare... ho chiamato per chiedere un info e mi è stato detto che non erano sgt ma che avevo sbagliato di controllare meglio il numero che stavo facendo per poi chiamare la terza volta e sentirmi rispondere sgt prego..ahh ma allora non avevo sbagliato numero, gli ho fatto notare che sono dei maleducati e si sono giustificati dicendo "sa quanti chiamano qui?" Chi se ne frega, con i clienti bisogna essere gentili

I called to ask for an info and I was told that they were not sgt but that I was wrong to better check the number I was making and then call the third time and be answered sgt please ..ahh but then I wasn't wrong, I pointed out that they are rude and justified themselves by saying "do you know how many call here?" Who cares, you have to be kind to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca serietà e le persone che rispondono al centralino sono maledicati. Ho provato a chiedere informazioni riguardanti una consegna e mi hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia dicendomi avevo sbagliato numero, anzi neanche mi ha dato la possibilità di finire la domanda. La seconda volta mi hanno indicato un'altra ditta che però è sempre la sgt e addirittura il numero telefonico risulta inesistente. Aspettavo una consegna molto urgente il 29/11. Solo il 30/11 dal tracking risultava in consegna. Ad oggi 01/12 nessuno si è fatto vivo e il pacco non si sa se arriverà.
Little seriousness and the people who answer the switchboard are cursed. I tried to ask for information about a delivery and they put the phone in my face saying I had the wrong number, in fact it didn't even give me the chance to finish the question. The second time they showed me another company but it is always the sgt and even the telephone number is non-existent. I was expecting a very urgent delivery on 11/29. Only on 11/30 the tracking resulted in delivery. To date 01/12 no one has shown up and the package is not known if it will arrive.
