★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver rincorso per 1 mese la sig.ra Alessia per avere un preventivo, ieri ho contattato la sede per informarle dell'accaduto. Mi hanno fatto parlare con il suo responsabile impegnandosi che sarebbe stata Inviata. Sono passate 22 ore e non è stata Inviato nessun preventivo! Assurdo! Chiamato nuovamente il centralino per avere un indirizzo di posta per inviare una lamentela, mi è stato rifiutato....motivazione....perchè non è stato dato il nome dell'azienda....non si è neanche preoccupata di passarmi un commerciale per trovare una soluzione all'accaduto. Gesteone del cliente pari a ZERO!
After chasing Ms Alessia for 1 month to get a quote, yesterday I contacted the office to inform her of what happened. They let me speak to her manager pledging that she would be Sent. 22 hours have passed and no quote has been sent! Absurd! Called the switchboard again to get an e-mail address to send a complaint, I was refused .... motivation .... because the company name was not given .... she didn't even bother to pass me a commercial to find a solution to what happened. Customer management equal to ZERO!
