★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito in una contrada, bastano due centimetri di neve (in una città in cui si sa, l'inverno è lungo) per far si che la raccolta non avvenga affatto. Provi a segnalare l'avvenuto alla sede operativa, non risponde mai nessuno. Chiami il numero verde per un reclamo, e sei comunque costretto ad aspettare la settimana successiva. La sede amministrativa è ignara di tutto questo. Indecente.

Try to report the occurrence to the operational headquarters, no one ever answers. You call the toll-free number for a complaint, and you still have to wait until the following week. The administrative office is unaware of all this. Indecent.
