★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina (oggi è sabato) siamo stati svegliati alle 7 dal rumore fragoroso dell'aspiratore degli operatori Seab, il rumore era così elevato che potevamo sentirlo anche dopo che gli operatori avevano superato di molti civici il nostro.
Leggo che questi aspiratori Glutton sono amici della natura (benissimo) e totalmente silenziosi(!), per non arrecare disturbo a chi riposa.
Ci auguriamo che Seab prenda provvedimenti in merito.
 This morning (today is Saturday) we were woken up at 7 am by the loud noise of the Seab operators' vacuum cleaner, the noise was so high that we could hear it even after the operators had surpassed ours by many people.
I read that these Glutton vacuum cleaners are friends of nature (very well) and totally silent (!), So as not to disturb those who rest.
We hope that Seab will take action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in un mese mancato ritiro carta e mancato ritiro indifferenziato....... telefonate per segnalare il mancato servizio , dopo 1 settimana con calma vengono a ritirare .......... servizio molto scadente e poco professionale con quello che costa i rifiuti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un solo addetto allo sportello, peraltro molto gentile. Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. C'è uno scalino all'ingresso per cui è difficile accedere per i disabili.
Only one attendant at the counter, however very kind. Difficulty finding parking. There is a step at the entrance which makes it difficult for the disabled to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una società per azioni mista (pubblico-privato) preposta alla riscossione tributi per conto della quasi totalità dei Comuni biellesi. Risorse umane deficitarie, tempi di attesa lunghi, ma di contro si riscontra buona professionalità e cordialità.
A joint stock company (public-private) responsible for the collection of taxes on behalf of almost all the Biella municipalities. Lack of human resources, long waiting times, but on the other hand there is good professionalism and cordiality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per il ritiro ho dovuto chiamare 8 numeri - all'ottavo un "signore" poco gentile mi ha dato il numero giusto - mi hanno risposto che fanno ritiri solo una volta al mese e che questo mese di marzo errano già passati e dovevo aspettare un mese per un eventuale ritiro
for the collection I had to call 8 numbers - on the eighth an unkind "gentleman" gave me the right number - they replied that they do withdrawals only once a month and that this March has already passed and I had to wait a month for a possible withdrawal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio davvero scarso...le bollette da pagare arrivano puntuali ma lo smaltimento molto meno! Abito a Valdilana in una via neanche tanto secondaria e anche stamattina l indifferenziato è rimasto davanti alla porta! Speriamo almeno nel lunedì! Vergogne italiane
Very poor service ... the bills to pay arrive on time but the disposal much less! I live in Valdilana in a street that is not so secondary and even this morning the undifferentiated remained in front of the door! Let's hope at least on Monday! Italian shame
