Se fosse possibile toglierei anche l’unica stella , dopo circa 10 anni mi si è rotta la chiusura della porta balcone e ho richiesto un intervento per sistemare il danno , ovviamente a mie spese, ho chiamato diverse volte, rimbalzandomi da una parte all’altra , poi dopo la decima chiamata vogliono le foto del danno e la fattura come prova che le avevo comprate da loro, mi rispondono che provvedevano alla sistemazione , dopo 2 mesi di attesa richiamo e mi rispondono che no si erano dimenticati e di non chiamare più che mi avrebbero chiamato loro . Sono passati 5 mesi e ho trovato una ditta che mi ha sistemato tutto molto più seria , e che mi ha detto che tutto il montaggio e le porte sono di pessima qualità! Sono una vergogna non vi fidate! A shame ! I'm a shame you don't trust!

Dopo 14 anni mi si è rotta una finestra,(un leveraggio dell'anta/ ribalta) li ho contattati e prontamente mi hanno dato il ricambio ! Sono molto soddisfatto dei loro infissi perché, come detto , sono 14 anni che li ho montati e non mi hanno dato mai problemi! Complimenti a tutti From personal experience I find that they are very professional! After 14 years a window broke, (a lever of the flap / door) I contacted them and they promptly gave me the replacement! I am very satisfied with their fixtures because, as mentioned, I have assembled them for 14 years and they have never given me any problems! Congratulations to all

Il costruttore mi ha detto di contattare direttamente la ditta; ebbene sì...sebbene sia agosto e periodo di ferie,ho chiamato, interloquito in primis con una segretaria (presumo),la quale mi ha passato la proprietaria: con gentilezza ha ascoltato la mia richiesta e mi ha rassicurata che nel giro di una settimana sarebbero venuti a visionare! Dopo DUE giorni sono arrivati.... che dire.... tempestività,professionalità ed efficienza! Problema risolto ! Grazie I bought an apartment recently .... for personal needs I had to make a change to a French door. g	giovanna costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noto con piacere che a qualcuno la manutenzione la fanno., forse è una questione di simpatia...a me non vogliono farla devo stare con la finestra aperta per mese e mesi e neanche con il sollecito dell'avvocato vogliono intervenire ora vedremo se ci riuscirà il giudice. Che delusione certa disonestà proprio non la capisco. 3 anni fa quando mi fecero il lavoro e non parlo di una finestra ma di un intero appartamento e oltre 15mila euro di spesa non pensavo di dover arrivare a tanto. Veramente pessimi professionisti. Attendo fiduciosa anche perché i pezzi di ricambio li hanno solo loro. Se no dovrò cambiare tutte le finestre che tristezza . I prodotti sono di qualità e il montaggio a regola d'arte, io ho montato serramenti esterni in PVC, persiane in alluminio e veranda a taglio termico e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto del risultato! Reliable, honest and precise, I got along really well with them and for this reason I absolutely recommend them for their seriousness. The products are of quality and the assembly in a workmanlike manner, I have assembled external PVC windows, aluminum shutters and a thermal break veranda and I must say that I am very satisfied with the result!

Che dire se devo fare altri serramenti o dare un consiglio ad un amico e un ottimo punto di riferimento.
