Facile parlare bene del posto in cui si lavora quando Sabati, Domeniche, Natali, Pasque e tutte le altre festività si passano a casa con la famiglia. Facile parlare quando non si è sottopagati, trattati malamente e ingiustamente dove persone incompetenti e maligne occupano posti di lavoro non certo per meriti (G.R.). Facile parlare quando siamo ben visti dai capi. Facile parlare bene quando non siamo semplici "Fattorini" e "portieri e o sorveglianti" costretti a turni asfissianti ed estenuanti coordinati malamente. Semplice dire che "è un bel posto in cui lavorare" stando in ufficio: ti farei fare una settimana da "fattorino" e da semplice "portiere e o sorvegliante" e sentire se è bello o no! Il tuo è solo conflitto d'interesse: hai visto che le persone che ci hanno lavorato hanno lasciato un feedback negativo e tu, che ci lavori e che magari occupi una posizione privilegiata, lasci spudoratamente una recensione positiva per alzare la media. Le cose non funzionano così, lascia che siano gli esterni a dire la verità, a dire veramente il pessimo ambiente che è! Stefania Caliò is easy to talk to when she occupies a warm, quiet place, with fixed and safe hours. It is easy to speak highly of the place where you work when Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas, Easter and all other holidays are spent at home with the family. It is easy to talk when you are not underpaid, treated badly and unfairly where incompetent and malignant people occupy jobs certainly not for merit (G.R.). Easy to talk when we are well seen by the bosses. It is easy to speak well when we are not simple "bellmen" and "doormen and or supervisors" forced to suffocate and exhausting shifts coordinated badly. Simple to say that "it's a nice place to work" from the office: I would make you a week as a "bellboy" and a simple "doorman and or attendant" and hear if it is nice or not! Yours is just a conflict of interest: you have seen that the people who worked on it have left negative feedback and you, who work on it and maybe occupy a privileged position, shamelessly leave a positive review to raise the average. That's not how things work, let the outsiders tell the truth, the really bad environment it is!
