È stato grazie alla competenza e professionalità dell'eddetto alle vendite che mi assistette quella volta che potei rendermi conto, prima di decidere, delle importantissime differenze tecnologiche che rendono i prodotti professionali meritevoli di una definitiva preferenza su quelli amatoriali. Mi basta citarne una per tutte: le batterie agli ioni di litio degli utensili Dewalt si ricaricano in tempi dell'ordine dei 10-15 minuti, a seconda del livello di carica residua. Ho comperato dei componenti che si usurano per una semplice pistola a spruzzo. C'è stato un ritardo di approvvigionamento: mi è arrivata la mail con la notifica e la disponibilità a una consegna parziale. Non avevo urgenza e da quel momento sono stato tenuto costantemente aggiornato non da un bot ma da una persona reale. Le mail di richiesta hanno sempre avuto risposta in "tempo reale". Mi reco in negozio e dopo molte storie mi registrano ma, al momento di lasciare l’attrezzo, il commesso mi paventa costi alti di riparazione e incertezza sull’intervento. Risultato mi riprendo l’idropulitrice torno a casa dopo aver fatto 30 km a vuoto abbastanza adirato per la situazione creatasi.
