Per mia esperienza personale le prime volte non si trovava parcheggio essendo una via di passaggio per andare in diverse zone del paese, ma tutto sommato non penso capiti a tutti. Sono ritornato oggi 16 / 8 per farmele cambiare con lo scontrino alla mano e prendere due lampadine a Led . Premetto che non l'ho usate se non per provarle in una stanza. A me servivano in una pineta. Ho esposto tutto a Saverio pensando che non ci sarebbero stati problemi invece ho trovato un muro. Ha incominciato a farmi mille menate come se il valore di quella merce fosse di qlc migliaio di euro. Si trattava di 18 euro . Non ha voluto fare un cambio merce. Sinceramente non me lo sarei mai aspettato da lui in quanto lo ritengo una persona competente e che sa rapportarsi con il pubblico , almeno , pensavo. Invece per diciotto misere euro ha fatto questa figuraccia. Francamente sono rimasto male per lui e non per me . La mia buona fede mi ha fatto attendere una settimana perchè a cavallo di ferragosto pensavo fosse chiuso . Ma pensavo che lo scontrino , come in tutti i negozi avesse una Valenza settimanale invece alla S.A.C.E. questo non vale . "La merce la devi ritornare il giorno dopo per poter usufruire di un cambio". Questa è stata la risposta . Altro non posso fare che tenermi quelle due misure lampade da 9 euro cadauna e divertirmi ad esporre in questa recensione l'accaduto. Peccato :mi è caduto un Mito ma nella vita si cambia e sinceramente pensavo fosse il Saverio di qlc decennio fa ...ma forse è cambiato davvero! A week ago I went to buy a quartz light and eventually got two lamps which quickly proved unsuitable for my purpose. I returned today 16/8 to have them changed with the receipt in hand and to take two LED bulbs. I state that I did not use it except to test them in a room. I needed them in a pine forest. I exposed everything to Saverio thinking that there would be no problems but I found a wall. He began to make me a thousand beats as if the value of that commodity was a few thousand euros. It was about 18 euros. He did not want to exchange goods. Honestly, I would never have expected it from him as I consider him a competent person who knows how to relate to the public, at least, I thought. Instead for eighteen miserable euros he made a fool of himself. Frankly, I was bad for him and not for me. My good faith made me wait a week because at the end of August I thought it was closed. But I thought that the receipt, as in all the shops, had a weekly Valence instead of the S.A.C.E. this is not true. "You have to return the goods the next day to be able to exchange". This was the answer. I can only keep those two lamp sizes of 9 euros each and have fun explaining what happened in this review. Too bad: I dropped a Myth but life changes and I honestly thought it was the Saverio of a decade ago ... but maybe it really changed!

Inoltre sa spiegare con parole semplici a chi di elettronica (come me) non ne capisce, mettendo il cliente a proprio agio. Grande!
