In pratica contatto l'immobiliare per un appartamento, per il quale ci viene scritto, con tanto di mail e messaggi che veniva bloccato per noi (inizio dicembre)(me e la mia ragazza), poiché unici interessati e primi ad essersi mossi. Passano le settimane (periodo di natale) e non abbiamo novità, finché, dopo le continue nostre insistenze, la proprietà dell'appartamento, ha già un accordo con un conoscente. Passano ancora le settimane e si arriva a gennaio inoltrato, e ovviamente sempre su nostra pressione e insistenza, si scopre che l'appartamento non ci può essere assegnato (avevamo già inviato documentazione ed avevamo avuto risposta positiva), appunto perché la proprietà ha deciso di darlo al conoscente. Oggi vengo a scoprire che l'appartamento è stato rimesso in affitto tra gli annunci, con mie grosse risate e appagamento, dato che ho trovato altro. Tutto ciò per dire che siamo sempre stati noi a inseguire l'agenzia, la quale non si è mai espressa in merito all'evoluzione dei casi e non ci ha mai minimamente tutelati, ritenendo addirittura che, essendo una coppia giovane e senza figli, poteva tranquillamente aspettare (entrando così nella sfera privata). Ribadisco anche ciò che ho detto direttamente alla signora, la quale si è sentita toccata sul vivo, ovvero che non è stata professionale. Peccato che non si possano mettere 0 stelle, perchè una è davvero troppo. I have been waiting for this moment for a long time, waiting for what actually happened. Weeks go by (Christmas period) and we have no news, until, after our constant insistence, the owner of the apartment already has an agreement with an acquaintance. Weeks go by and we arrive in late January, and obviously always at our pressure and insistence, it turns out that the apartment cannot be assigned to us (we had already sent documentation and we had a positive response), precisely because the property has decided to give it to the acquaintance. Today I come to find out that the apartment has been rented back in the classifieds, to my laughter and satisfaction, as I have found something else. All this to say that we have always been the ones to chase the agency, which has never expressed itself on the evolution of the cases and has never protected us in the least, even believing that, being a young couple without children, it could quietly wait (thus entering the private sphere). I also reiterate what I said directly to the lady, who felt touched on the spot, that is, she was not professional. Too bad you can't put 0 stars, because one is really too much.
