★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a Salerno per lavoro prima e per diletto poi. Ho conosciuto una signora che conosceva bene questa macelleria. Ho chiesto informazioni ed ho scoperto che gli animali macellati, sono di loro proprietà e che li fanno vivere felici in un ambiente atto a farli vivere sereni. La signora che usciva dalla macelleria mi ha detto che addirittura si servono del NUTRIZIONISTA per i loro animali e che hanno un agriturismo (dove spero di andare presto). Presa dall'entusiasmo ho acquistato il guanciale per cucinare la pasta alla carbonara. Era OTTIMO!
Inoltre non avevo tempo di cucinare ed ho provato le zucchine alla scapace (che a Milano non esistono) e la Parmigiana di melanzane fatta da Paola. Era tutto ottimo!!
Consiglio caldamente a tutti i miei corregionali ed oltre!
I went to Salerno for work first and then for pleasure. I met a lady who knew this butchery well. I asked for information and I found out that the slaughtered animals are their property and that they make them live happily in an environment capable of making them live peacefully. The lady who came out of the butcher shop told me that they even use the NUTRITIONIST for their animals and that they have a farm (where I hope to go soon). Taken from the enthusiasm I purchased the bacon to cook the carbonara pasta. It was EXCELLENT!
I also didn't have time to cook and I tried the scapace courgettes (which don't exist in Milan) and the eggplant Parmigiana made by Paola. It was all excellent !!
I highly recommend to all my countrymen and beyond!
