★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La migliore carne della qualità scottona della zona, questo è sicurissimo, con varietà di carni suino e pollame di alto livello, compreso gli insaccati della casa. Poi, durante i mesi invernali, la zuppa di "soffritto" come la faceva mia madre: che delizia, che profumi, che sapori!
C'è veramente una vasta scelta tra una gran quantità di piatti di carne già pronti da cuocere e che fanno un figurone sulla tavola e se poi hai qualche dubbio su come cucinare qualcosa potete chiedere qualche consiglio al banco (chiedete a Don Antonio, il padre di Ciro, un Master Butcher Chef) e troverete sicuramente una risposta ai vostri dubbi. Consigliatissima!!
Un solo neo: Ciro è tifoso della Juve, ma nella vita nessuno è perfetto.
In compenso i suoi collaboratori sono tutti tifosi del Napoli.
