Ho girato molti negozi, tra cui anche i più grandi e blasonati della zona e nessuno è stato in grado di risolvermi il problema. Loro invece sono stati in grado di reperire il ricambio, che a detta di tutti era introvabile ed impossibile da ordinare, in circa due settimane ed il tutto senza nemmeno recarmi in negozio (solo a ritirarlo una volta arrivato). Grazie mille! Super consigliato! FANTASTIC! I had a problem with a Smith Optics goggle. I went to many shops, including the largest and most famous in the area, and no one was able to solve the problem for me. Instead, they were able to find the spare part, which according to everyone was nowhere to be found and impossible to order, in about two weeks and all without even going to the store (only to collect it once I arrived). A thousand thanks! Super recommended!

Avevo da riparare la tavola da snowboard e lavorando su Prato ci sono arrivato per puro caso.... Grazioso perché è un negozio di dimensioni ridotte disposto su due piani (terra + interrato) e spettacolare perché, per quello che ho potuto vedere nella mia prima ed unica visita, che è "zipillato" di tutto!!!... credo proprio che non manchi nulla per tutto quello che volete fare di attività sportive in montagna!!! Chiaramente non ci troverete rafting, canoe o vele da parapendio, ma tutto tutto per l'arrampicata, il trekking, alpinismo, trail running, snowboard, splitboard, ciaspole, e perché no anche skate!!! Dell'attrezzatura, al vestiario, alle calzature, agli accessori e agli integratori/alimentazione sportiva!!! E ciliegina sulla torta il personale...preparato, disponibile, cortese, simpatico...di meglio non si può chiedere. Se siete amanti della montagna fateci una scappata...sono sicuro che non rimarrete affatto delusi!!!! Provare per credere!!!? Ci sono ritornato altre volte e rimango della solita opinione...piccolo ma iper fornito con materiali top e personale qualificato, disponibile e simpatico!!! APPROVATO!!!! Se la recensione è stata di vostro gradimento e di vostra utilità, grazie per un like!!!??? I honestly did not know this pretty and spectacular shop in Prato. I had to repair my snowboard and working on Prato I got there by pure chance .... Gracious because it is a small shop on two floors (ground + basement) and spectacular because, from what I was able to see in my first and only visit, that it is "zipped" with everything !!! ... I really think that nothing is missing for everything you want to do about sporting activities in the mountains !!! Clearly you will not find rafting, canoes or paragliding sails, but everything for climbing, trekking, mountaineering, trail running, snowboarding, splitboarding, snowshoes, and why not even skate !!! Equipment, clothing, footwear, accessories and supplements / sports nutrition !!! And the icing on the cake is the staff ... prepared, helpful, courteous, friendly ... you can't ask for better. If you are a mountain lover, take a trip ... I'm sure you won't be disappointed at all !!!! Seeing is believing !!! ? I went back there other times and I remain of the same opinion ... small but hyper supplied with top materials and qualified, helpful and friendly staff !!! APPROVED!!!!
