Decidere per questa azienda è stato molto facile vista la modalità operativa: nessun preventivo "alla cieca" senza vedere il sito come fanno molti altri, ma sopralluogo, analisi dei rischi, proposta di più soluzioni in linea con l'esigenza di protezione e nel pieno rispetto delle normative. Installazione che non ha minimamente interrotto o disturbato l'operatività dei miei collaboratori, e assistenza in tempo reale quando ve ne è stata necessità. La conferma della fiducia da parte mia è dimostrata dal ricorso alla Rui Sistemi di Sicurezza anche per il nuovo ufficio. E' ovvio che li ho interpellati perchè nelle loro mani mi sento al sicuro e senza preoccupazioni. Già dal primo sopralluogo di Alberto Rui si è intuita la professionalità di questa azienda. Il preventivo era assolutamente paragonabile a quello che mi è stato dato da elettricisti o cmq aziende non specializzate nella sola installazione di impianti d'allarme. I tecnici che hanno seguito i lavori sono stati assolutamente attenti, molto disponibili e soprattutto davvero professionali. Una lode di merito a Maurizio che si è dimostrato davvero un ottimo tecnico qualificato e disponibile ai fini di soddisfare ogni mia esigenza. Rui mi è stato consigliato e davvero lo consiglio pure io a pieni voti soprattutto perchè forniscono un ottimo servizio anche post installazione. Relying on specialized professionals always gives excellent results. Already from the first inspection by Alberto Rui, the professionalism of this company was understood. I was promptly provided with great advice pointing out the pros and cons of what I wanted to install. The estimate was absolutely comparable to what was given to me by electricians or anyway companies not specialized in the sole installation of alarm systems. The technicians who followed the work were absolutely attentive, very helpful and above all really professional. A praise of merit to Maurizio who has really proved to be an excellent qualified and available technician in order to satisfy my every need. Rui was recommended to me and I really recommend him with flying colors especially because they provide an excellent service even after installation.
