★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una sola Stella perché di meno non potevo ,nulla togliere alla professionalità del dottore che non ho neanche conosciuto.Il giorno 21 Gennaio ho chiamato lo studio e la signorina mi ha fissato un appuntamento per il giorno 04 Febbraio alle ore 19.30 ,ho lasciato in numero del mio cellulare x qualsiasi comunicazione.Mi sono recata all'appuntamento anche leggermente in anticipo e mi è stato detto ( attraverso il citofono) che non c'era nessun appuntamento e che il dottore era andato via alle 19.00 ,ho fatto presente che invece l'appuntamento era stato fissato e la signorina mi ha riferito che mi ha chiamato a casa x disdirlo.....ma io il numero di casa non lo avevo lasciato....poca professionalità, mi dispiace per il dottore ma dovrebbe rivedere il lavoro della "signorina'
I gave only one star because I couldn't take anything away from the professionalism of the doctor that I didn't even know.On January 21st I called the office and the young lady made an appointment for me for February 4th at 7.30 pm, I left my mobile number for any communication I went to the appointment even slightly in advance and was told (through the intercom) that there was no appointment and that the doctor was gone at 7.00 pm, I pointed out that instead the appointment had been fixed and the young lady told me that she called me at home to cancel it ..... but I hadn't left the home number .... little professionalism, I'm sorry for the doctor but it should review the work of the "Miss'
