Risultato? Mi invita ad andare da altra parte, cosa che ho fatto. Come perdere un cliente... Ma non ho mai trovato in precedenza, un'altra officina che non mi abbia lasciato perplesso su alcune tariffe applicate sui componenti utilizzati anche per un semplice tagliando. È chiaro ad esempio che un cambio olio fatto da se, vi costa 1/4 di quanto vi chieda un'officina per 4lt di olio. Ma non sono loro l'eccezione , bensì la conferma che "tutto il mondo é paese" ?... Purtroppo. Competent and courteous. Quality service. ?? Maybe not always in line with the customer's expectations regarding rates. But I have never previously found another workshop that has not left me perplexed about some rates applied on components used even for a simple service. Avevo già accettato il preventivo per cambiare due gomme perché ero convinto che non andavano bene per la revisione, quando sono andato a recuperare la macchina mi ha detto che le gomme andavano bene e non me le hanno cambiate quindi ho pagato solo la revisione. Onestissimi! I have always felt good and have always been honest and helpful but today they have surpassed themselves! Potrebbe essere anche plausibile che possa essere stata annullata la convenzione dalla società assicurativa il pomeriggio prima per la mattina dopo, ma è inaccettabile che non facciate pervenire comunicazione al cliente che deve usufruire del servizio.
