La mattina seguente ho chiamato il servizio di assistenza Rubner ed una signorina molto gentile si è attivata rapidamente per mandarmi i tecnici che nel giro di circa un'ora hanno riparato la serratura . Va quindi riconosciuta la gentilezza, rapidità e professionalità del servizio Rubner !
I had a fault with my house door lock which prevented me from closing / opening the door. The following morning I called the Rubner assistance service and a very kind young lady quickly activated to send me the technicians who repaired the lock within about an hour. The kindness, speed and professionalism of the Rubner service should therefore be recognized!
