★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che ho chiamato per delle info mi ha risposto un signore in modo poco gentile e si sentiva benissimo che era molto scocciato (ma è il suo lavoro!!), non ha cercato di capire il problema, ma mi ha semplicemente detto di rivolgermi altrove; la seconda volta (sempre lui) non ha subito voluto eseguire una verifica (che invece una sua collega aveva fatto)...allora io ho insistito, e lui sempre in modo molto scocciato e direi anche presuntuoso ha fatto la verifica, ma dando spiegazioni assolutamente assurde, senza logica e pretendendo pure di avere ragione. Vorrei precisare che era in vivavoce, quindi altre persone sono del mio stesso parere a riguardo. Pazzesco.
The first time I called for info, a gentleman answered me in an unkind way and he felt very well that he was very annoyed (but that's his job !!), he didn't try to understand the problem, but he simply told me to turn elsewhere; the second time (always he) did not immediately want to carry out a check (which instead a colleague of his had done) ... so I insisted, and he always made the check in a very annoyed and I would say presumptuous way, but giving explanations absolutely absurd, without logic and even pretending to be right. I would like to point out that it was on speakerphone, so other people are of my opinion about it. Crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi è alcun modo di contattarli. Invii mail e non rispondono,chiami telefonicamente stesso risultato. L'ultima volta sono riuscita a parlarci a gennaio, e rispondono anche in modo frettoloso e sgarbato. Tutti gli uffici garantiscono un minimo di servizio in presenza anche su appuntamento, loro si sono trincerati dietro la questione Covid per non fornire più alcun servizio all'utente. Pessimi.
There is no way to contact them. You send emails and they don't respond, you call the same result by phone. Last time I managed to talk to them in January, and they also respond hastily and rudely. All the offices guarantee a minimum of in-person service even by appointment, they have entrenched themselves behind the Covid issue to no longer provide any service to the user. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la necessità di chiamare per un chiarimento sulla busta paga:
1. Attesa telefonica di qualche secondo;
2. Disponibilità ed efficienza da parte del primo operatore;
3. Chiamo dopo qualche minuto per alcune cose non chiare e ricevo ancora più cordialità e disponibilità da parte dell’operatrice che mi risponde.
In totale 5 stelle son poche; OTTIMO LAVORO.
I needed to call for a clarification on the paycheck:
1. Telephone waiting for a few seconds;
2. Availability and efficiency on the part of the first operator;
3. I call after a few minutes for some unclear things and I receive even more cordiality and availability from the operator who answers me.
In total 5 stars are few; GOOD JOB.
