★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato un cilindro da rettificare ...dopo una settimana e due chiamate dove ogni volta dovevo ricordare al telefono chi fossi e cosa c'era da fare ...non avevo in mano neppure il semplice preventivo che avevo chiesto( figuriamoci se avessi detto ok alle lavorazioni)..il terzo viaggio a vuoto l'ho fatto per riprendermi il pezzo ed andare da una persona più competente...il tempo é denaro per tutti, basta semplicemente dire" scusa ma non ho tempo" invece che farmi fare 3 viaggi a vuoto. Pessimo e con scarsa attenzione ai clienti nuovi...se avessi potuto mettere -1 l avrei fatto..
I left a cylinder to be rectified ... after a week and two calls where every time I had to remember on the phone who I was and what there was to do ... I didn't even have the simple quote I had asked for (let alone if I had said ok to processing) .. I did the third empty trip to get the piece back and go to a more competent person ... time is money for everyone, just say "sorry but I don't have time" instead of letting me do it 3 empty trips. Bad and with little attention to new customers ... if I could have put -1 I would have done it ..
