★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zio ricoverato l'anno scorso per riabilitazione dopo rottura femore. Pessima assistenza medica e infermieristica. Esperienza molto negativa. Struttura sconsigliatissima.
 Uncle admitted last year for rehabilitation after femoral rupture. Bad medical and nursing care. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

Nicolini Silvano, e' molto curato, sembra di stare in un albergo,si mangia meravigliosamente,l'ho provato io stesso, personale preparatissimo e molto sensibile ad ogni cosa e richiesta,sono sinceramente molto contento!! Ottimo,grazie a tutto il personale!!!!
In this rsa my father-in-law Mr. Nicolini Silvano, is very well-kept, it seems to be in a hotel, you eat wonderfully, I tried it myself, very well-trained staff and very sensitive to everything and requests, I am sincerely very happy !! Great, thanks to all the staff !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fruibile solo da persone autosufficienti che devono fare riabilitazione.Le persone non autosufficienti non hanno assistenza e il decadimento psichico e fisico è immediato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavorare curando delle persone anziane è sempre complicato e dopo aver visto diverse strutture ed ospedali, questo è il posto dove più ho trovato umanità, pazienza, sorrisi verso chi vive spesso la drammatica parte finale della propria vita, solo, in un letto pieno di sofferenza. Troppe volte altrove ho trovato chi perde la pazienza, è nervoso, meccanico, distaccato, egoista, ma qui no! Eccellenti!
Working with elderly people is always complicated and after seeing different structures and hospitals, this is the place where I found humanity, patience, smiles towards those who often experience the dramatic end of their lives, alone, in a bed full of suffering . Too many times elsewhere I have found someone who loses patience, is nervous, mechanical, detached, selfish, but not here! Excellent!

Ho potuto constatare assenza completa di empatia e cure (mediche e non) scadenti, se non dannose. Scarsa onestà. Persone non autosufficienti o poco seguite rischiano di venire abbandonate a sè stesse...
From complaint: my mother, who entered after surgery for rehabilitation, came out much worse. I could see a complete absence of empathy and poor, if not harmful, care (medical and otherwise). Poor honesty. People who are not self-sufficient or poorly followed risk being abandoned to themselves ...

Esperienza pessima, da denuncia: mio nonno dopo intervento al femore riuscito bene, è entrato in questa struttura per riabilitazione e ne è uscito (“vivo”, perché ce lo siamo portati via noi) peggio di prima.
Struttura fruibile solo da chi è autosufficiente, altrimenti è forte il rischio di finire abbandonati a sé stessi.
If it were possible I would put ZERO stars.
Bad experience, from complaint: my grandfather after successful hip surgery, entered this facility for rehabilitation and came out ("alive", because we took him away from us) worse than before.
Structure usable only by those who are self-sufficient, otherwise there is a strong risk of ending up abandoned to themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo a differenza degli anni scorsi la Rsa è assai peggiorata, gli ospiti fissi e non autosufficienti sono abbandonati a se stessi e al caso. Molta biancheria ed effetti personali degli ospiti vengono smarriti , c’è poca organizzazione in tutto , temo anche per le terapie .
Unfortunately unlike the past few years the RSA is very worse, fixed and non-self-sufficient guests are abandoned to themselves and to chance. A lot of lingerie and personal effects are lost, there is little organization in all, I fear even for therapies.
