★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo a distanza di alcuni mesi mi ritrovo a scrivere una seconda recensione; a differenza della prima questa è decisamente negativa.
Ho acquistato 4 cerchi replica usati da una persona e mi sono recato da RS Tyres per il montaggio. Montaggio, equilibratura… sento una forte vibrazione intermittente in autostrada. Mi dicono che uno dei 4 cerchi è storto e mi mandano anche un video del cerchio che gira male sul macchinario. Mi chiedono 100€ “in nero” per farlo rettificare. Risultato: vibrazione in autostrada invariata. Allora mi dicono che forse gli anelli di centraggio dei cerchi non erano della misura giusta (2 erano già montati sui cerchi al momento dell’acquisto e 2 li avevano montati loro) e torno da loro per cambiarli. Risultato: vibrazione invariata. A questo punto mi sento dire che devono essere i cerchi… che non essendo originali… devo tenermi il disagio perché loro non sanno più cosa fare…Preso dallo sconforto mi reco dal gommista di fiducia dove andavo sempre a Udine. Diagnosi: le gomme semplicemente non erano state equilibrate a dovere e bilanciate. 46€ ed è passata la paura.
Credetemi mi rendo conto che incompetenza e disonestà sono termini pesanti, ma non me ne vengono in mente altri in questo caso. Esperienza oltremodo negativa: 150€ per montare dei cerchi senza risultato…
Unfortunately, after a few months I find myself writing a second review; unlike the first, this is decidedly negative.
I bought 4 replica rims used by one person and went to RS Tires for assembly. Assembly, balancing… I feel a strong intermittent vibration on the highway. They tell me that one of the 4 circles is wrong and they also send me a video of the circle turning wrong on the machine. They ask me € 100 "in black" to have it rectified. Result: vibration on the motorway unchanged. Then they tell me that perhaps the centering rings of the rims were not the right size (2 were already mounted on the rims at the time of purchase and 2 had them mounted) and I go back to them to change them. Result: vibration unchanged. At this point I am told that it must be the rims ... that not being original ... I have to keep the discomfort because they no longer know what to do ... Taken by despair I go to the trusted tire dealer where I always went to Udine. Diagnosis: The tires were simply not properly balanced and balanced. € 46 and the fear has passed.
Believe me I realize that incompetence and dishonesty are heavy terms, but I can't think of others in this case. Extremely negative experience: 150 € to mount rims without result ...
