★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulle qualità tecniche non ho elementi, ma sono certo che saranno ottime. Spiego allora le due stelle: sono andato con la moto per una spia d’emergenza accesa (batteria). Giustamente mi hanno detto che i problemi potevano molteplici, non mi addentro. Peccato che, però, trattandosi di batteria e dintorni, due cose molto veloci potevano essere fatte: verifica carica alternatore (basta un minuto) e verifica batteria. Mi è stato proposto un appuntamento per la settimana successiva, pur avendo detto che sabato la moto serviva (viaggio). Ora, se un potenziale cliente chiede aiuto, un banale test si sarebbe pure potuto fare, giusto per escludere o includere qualcosa. Cosa che ho fatto fare da un elettrauto, subito e gratis, per verificare che non è un problema di regolatore. Peccato veramente…

Too bad that, however, since it is the battery and its surroundings, two very fast things could be done: check the alternator charge (just one minute) and check the battery. I was offered an appointment for the following week, despite having said that on Saturday the bike was needed (travel). Now, if a potential customer asks for help, a trivial test could also have been done, just to exclude or include something. Which I had an auto electrician do, immediately and for free, to verify that it is not a regulator problem. Too bad ...
