★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato tramite asporto. Il sito indicava chiaramente gli ingredienti del mio piatto, tolgo la cipolla e ordino.
Arriva il corriere, con mezz'ora di ritardo e mi porta un piatto son Salsa piccante(non specificata da nessuna parte) e peperoni (ai quali sono allergica, anche questi non specificati).
Chiamo per chiarimenti e per farmi rimandare l'ordine corretto, dato che non potevo mangiarlo, e mi sento urlare che è colpa mia, che non ho selezionato bene, e che non ci faranno nulla, e mi viene attaccato il telefono in faccia.
Ricontrollo, avevo selezionato bene, e non avevo nessuna colpa.
Penso che se si ha intenzione di trattare così il cliente quando si ha sbagliato e quando lui ha anche dimostrabilmente ragione, si dovrebbe cambiare mestiere all'istante.
Quindi che dire, non ordinate, che vi portano roba a caso, ce la fanno pagare profumatamente (7€ per un piatto veramente misero) e ve la accompagnano con un atteggiamento maleducato e arrogante.
I ordered through takeout. The website clearly indicated the ingredients of my dish, I remove the onion and order.
The courier arrives, half an hour late and brings me a plate of spicy sauce (not specified anywhere) and peppers (to which I am allergic, also unspecified).
I call for clarification and to have the correct order returned, as I could not eat it, and I hear myself screaming that it is my fault, that I have not selected well, and that they will not do anything to us, and the phone is stuck in my face.
I double-check, I had selected well, and I was not at fault.
I think that if you are going to treat the customer like this when you are wrong and when he is also demonstrably right, you should change jobs instantly.
So what can I say, don't order, they bring you stuff at random, they charge us handsomely (7 € for a really poor dish) and they accompany it with a rude and arrogant attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato tramite Tadan , all’apparenza tutto ok, se non fosse che il ragazzo delle consegne , nonostante l’orario sul sito non sia variato, fa buoni 20 minuti di ritardo.
Con scontrino alla mano noto che ho ordinato ma non sono arrivati:
1 sprite e 1birra grande. Evidentemente non è così importante bere quando si mangia…
Sempre con scontrino alla mano verifico di aver ordinato il dolce giusto, quello al cocco, ma aprendo l’incarto ne trovo uno al miele e al pistacchio, a cui sono allergica e che quindi mi risulta inutile.
Carne tagliata molto molto alta, a gusto mio troppo, ma quelli sono gusti.
Non consiglio di pagare il sovrapprezzo per il prodotto in formato grande, perché cambiano la vaschetta , ma non le dosi.
Non ordinerò più da questo locale.
I ordered through Tadan, apparently everything is ok, except that the delivery guy, despite the time on the site has not changed, is a good 20 minutes late.

1 sprite and 1 large beer. Obviously it is not that important to drink when you eat ...
Always with the receipt in hand, I check that I have ordered the right dessert, the coconut one, but opening the wrapper I find one with honey and pistachio, to which I am allergic and therefore it is useless.
Very very high cut meat, too much to my taste, but those are tastes.
I don't recommend paying the extra for the large format product, because they change the tray, but not the doses.
I will not order from this place again.
