G	Gian Lovera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comprato casa ristrutturata con i serramenti della ditta Rovetto ed entra acqua dalle porte finestre, sono 4 ed entra da tutte! in una non mi avevano montato lo sgocciolatoio, insomma un lavoro fatto veloce e male. Li ho chiamati, perché in garanzia, e un loro tecnico è venuto due volte e non è riuscito a risolvere il problema. Cioè: serramenti isolanti cui entra l'acqua se piove e non riesci ad aggiustarli. Sconsigliatissimi I bought renovated house with the doors and windows of Rovetto company and enters water from windows, are 4 and joined by all! in one they had not fitted me the drainer, in short a job done fast and badly. I called them as a guarantee, and one of their technicians came twice and was unable to solve the problem. That is: insulating windows where the water enters if it rains and you can't fix them. Il montaggio è stato un disastro!!! L'ho fatto notare al secondo montatore (il montaggio è stato eseguito in due volte poiché hanno sbagliato a ordinarle)e mi ha risposto che lui non sapeva. Provato più volte a telefonare, ma la segretaria prometteva di farmi richiamare, nessuna chiamata. O meglio, hanno chiamato mio marito per chiedere di pagare la fattura!!! This is the first time I have written a review, this should convey my disappointment. I bought doors from a well-known brand of which they are resellers. The assembly was a disaster !!! I pointed this out to the second editor (the editing was done twice because they were wrong to order them) and he replied that he did not know. Tried several times to call, but the secretary promised to call me back, no calls. Or rather, they called my husband to ask to pay the bill !!!
