★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia esperienza è stata pessima.Di recente mio marito è stato ricoverato per circa un mese e ha subito l'amputazione di 3 dita del piede dx a causa di una patologia in atto.al ritorno a casa aveva bisogno per 1 mese di una carrozzina non potendo appoggiare il piede.ho parlato con la Sig.ra(della quale non ricordo il nome) responsabile di ROVATO SOCCORSO che con una scusa poco convincente ha disatteso la mia richiesta.mi sono rivolta alla CROCE ROSSA di Palazzolo s/o e molto gentilmente e gratuitamente mi hanno dato la carrozzina per 3 mesi se servirà.(penso che io e mio marito faremo loro la donazione del 5x1000 per ricambiare in qualche modo)e mi complimento con il loro presidente per il servizio che fanno.In seguito mio marito doveva recarsi alla visita di controllo postoperatoria e abitando al 2° piano ho chiesto alla ROVATO SOCCORSO se potevo avere un aiuto per mio marito che non poteva camminare ,ma anche questa volta la Responsabile di ROVATO SOCCORSO si è defilata sempre con motivazioni campate in aria.preciso che io abito a Rovato e non lontano dalla sede di Rovato Soccorso .A quel punto stanca di elemosinare un aiuto che non arrivava ho ringraziato ironicamente per la gentilezza e ci siamo arrangiati con l'aiuto di parenti cosa che dovremo ripetere al prossimo controllo.Conclusione ,spero tanto in futuro di non aver bisogno della ROVATO SOCCORSO perchè ho capito cosa mi aspetta.
my experience was very bad. Recently my husband was hospitalized for about a month and suffered the amputation of 3 right foot due to a pathology in progress. He needed a wheelchair for 1 month to return home. not being able to support the foot.I spoke to Mrs. (whose name I do not remember) responsible for ROVATO RESCUE that with an unconvincing excuse disregarded my request.I turned to CROSS ROSSA di Palazzolo s / o and very kindly and for free they gave me the wheelchair for 3 months if needed (I think my husband and I will donate them 5x1000 to reciprocate in some way) and I congratulate their president for the service they do. Then my husband had to go to the postoperative check-up and, living on the 2nd floor, I asked ROVATO RESCUE if I could have help for my husband who could not walk, but this time the Head of ROVATO SOCCORSO always left with reasons far-fetched in the air. I decided that I live in Rovato and not far from the Rovato Soccorso headquarters. At that point tired of begging for help that did not arrive I thanked ironically for the kindness and we arranged with the help of relatives what we will have to repeat at the next control. Conclusion, I hope very much in the future that I do not need the ROVATO RESCUE because I understand what awaits me.

Vedo solo adesso questa recensione e mi spiace , perche' avrei dato la risposta gia' da un anno. Faccio una premessa : i Volontari che prestano servizio di giorno sono delle bellissime persone che , nonostante l'eta' ( quasi tutti hanno superato i 60 ) dedicano gran parte del loro tempo ad aiutare , nel limite del possibile e con i limiti dell'eta' , chi chiede il nostro aiuto. Purtroppo , fino all'anno scorso , proprio a causa di questi limiti , certi servizi non eravamo in grado di esaudirli . Oggi le cose sono cambiate : grazie al contributo del 5 per mille e altre donazioni che tantissimi cittadini Rovatesi generosamente ci hanno elargito abbiamo potuto acquistare una seggiola motorizzata che ci viene in aiuto dove non arrivano le forze. La nostra missione rimane sempre il volontariato , ci auguriamo di riuscire sempre e nel migliore dei modi a soddisfare le esigenze di tutte le persone che avranno bisogno dei nostri servizi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito più volte dei servizi della Rovato Soccorso per i miei suoceri. Ho sempre trovato la massima disponibilità per venire incontro alle esigenze dei malati. La signora Giuliana, con la quale ho parlato più volte, con gentilezza e professionalità ha sempre cercato di organizzare al meglio i vari trasporti. Anche con poco preavviso. I volontari sono stati oltre che competenti , anche premurosi nei confronti di anziani comprensibilmente agitati. Assegno al Rovato Soccorso 5 stelle perché non si può darne di più.
