I primi, i secondi, i contorni, sono come li farebbe la tua mamma ed è questa la forza che li contraddistingue, ti senti come a casa. Non ci sono tanti posti a Brescia di questo genere, ne facessero una trattoria ci andrei a mangiare spesso. I gusti sono personali ma credo che in questa gastronomia possa essere accontentato in palato di molti. Gli schizzinosi vadano a mangiare a casa propria! Pienamente soddisfatto, cotto e mangiato!
