★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. This is a friendly, young but experienced and talented staff that is excited about what they are making together, and it shows. The dishes include their takes on traditional Italian cuisine from a variety of regions, but also include some other influences from their careers (and lives), with a rapidly changing menu based on availability/season. The wine parings were excellent. For the quality and the artistry in it I think the prices are good despite other reviews. Highly recommend.

It was lovely that there was a casual vibe and it felt really unpretentious.
We were really impressed, and considering how good the food is we both felt that the prices were really reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great natural wine selection. Røst serves typical Milanese recipes but with a good twist and local providers! The zero food waste concept is much appreciated and the service is nice. I would add some more flavour to the baccalà, other than that I found it very tasty and interesting! Thank you!
