Non fidatevi nemmeno del notaio che di solito questa agenzia propone, vi posso assicurare che a distanza di anni ne sto pagando ancora le conseguenze (tra l’altro ho scoperto recentemente che è stato interdetto dalla professione per 3 anni a causa di provvedimenti disciplinari). Ammetto che dopo i primi timori riguardo la parte burocratica di acquisto e vendita, sono presto svaniti constatando che grazie alle loro competenze è stato svolto tutto nella più totale trasparenza senza sorprese di alcun tipo consigliandomi spesso la via migliore da seguire.
