Segnalo anche la gentilezza di avere incluso nella scatola un accessorio (stringhe) e un altro piccolo e gradito omaggio nella confezione. Dettagli importanti, che dimostrano la possibilità di personalizzare e gestire con stile anche il freddo commercio elettronico. Qualcosa a cui i colossi multinazionali evidentemente non badano, ma che può fare davvero una grande differenza. Grazie Rossi Sport.
A truly flawless shopping experience. In addition to having found exactly the product I was looking for, it was delivered to me in a very short time and with careful packaging. I also point out the kindness of having included in the box an accessory (strings) and another small and welcome gift in the package. Important details, which demonstrate the ability to customize and manage cold electronic commerce with style. Nel weekend ho acquistato un paio di scarpe da trekking e come al solito uno dei proprietari ha mostrato competenza e attenzione al dettaglio, spiegandomi i diversi modelli di scarpa e assicurandosi che la scarpa fosse proprio del mio numero. Acquisto qui perché propongono al cliente prodotti di ottima qualità a prezzi competitivi e mostrano attenzione alle diverse esigenze. Complimenti!!
I have been buying in this shop for several years and I always find courtesy and professionalism. Over the weekend I bought a pair of hiking shoes and as usual one of the owners showed competence and attention to detail, explaining the different shoe models and making sure that the shoe was exactly my size. I buy here because they offer the customer products of excellent quality at competitive prices and show attention to different needs. Well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato Doposci tecnica ina settimana prima della vacanza e parlando con delle signore dell’assistenza clienti della Rossi sport mi hanno assicurato la ricezione della merce, però nn ricevendo nessuna mail di invio pacco li ricontattai tre giorni prima della par te naz e mi spiegarono che x problemi COVID nn era passato il corriere e che mi avrebbero fatto una spedizione urgente a spese loro, facendomi arrivare il pacco in tempo. Che dire.? Professionalità e cura del cliente al top. A presto con altri acquisti
I ordered Technical Après-ski in the week before the holiday and speaking with the ladies of the Rossi sport customer service they assured me of receiving the goods, but nn receiving no parcel sending email I contacted them three days before the par te naz and they explained to me that x COVID problems the courier had not passed and they would have sent me an urgent shipment at their expense, making me get the package on time. What to say.? Professionalism and customer care at the top. See you soon with other purchases

La spedizione è stata celere e la consegna puntuale. Il pacco conteneva tutti gli accessori originali ed è stata simpatica la sorpresa trovata insieme alla merce, cosa che avevo visto fare solamente da un negozio UK. Ho solo un nome da citare, Simona, ma sono certo che in questo negozio vi sono più persone, compreso il titolare, che contribuiscono a tenere alta la soddisfazione del cliente (sembra una marketta ma non lo è, fidatevi!)
From Turin I purchased online and was adequately assisted with kindness and courtesy in all phases of the purchase via WhatsApp and email. Shipping was swift and delivery on time. The package contained all the original accessories and the surprise found together with the goods was nice, which I had only seen done by a UK shop. I only have one name to mention, Simona, but I am sure that in this shop there are more people, including the owner, who contribute to keeping customer satisfaction high (it seems a mark but it is not, trust me!)
