Le tre stelle sono per la cortesia e disponibilità dei ragazzi che con pazienza mi hanno accontentato, tagliandomi i pezzi a misura. Le stelle che mancano per due motivi: quando ho chiamato per sapere se potessero aiutarmi, l'impiegata mi ha risposto affermativamente dandomi gli orari di apertura. Quindi una mattina mi sono recato presso l'azienda, per sentirmi dire che il servizio di taglio era possibile solo il pomeriggio. Giro a vuoto e perdita di tempo e denaro. Il secondo motivo è che il prezzo applicato al kg alla fine è stato più alto di quello comunicatomi inizialmente.

The second reason is that the price applied per kg in the end was higher than the one initially communicated to me.
