Il negozio, appurato che eravamo interessati comunque alla tipologia di articolo offerto, ha provveduto al cambio dello stesso attivando efficacemente la procedura di sostituzione dell'articolo con uno analogo, verificando e garantendo puntualmente le tempistiche di sostituzione dell'articolo danneggiato. Sono rimasto davvero molto contento della precisione e dell'attenzione messa in campo dal negoziante, che ha saputo coordinare perfettamente le fasi di consegna del nuovo prodotto e reso del prodotto difettoso. Lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione per suggerimenti e acquisti, ovviamente online data la distanza geografica. La serietà e la competenza sono, oggi come oggi, la miglior merce che si possa offrire. I was really very happy with the precision and attention put in place by the shopkeeper, who was able to perfectly coordinate the delivery phases of the new product and return of the defective product. I will definitely take it into consideration for suggestions and purchases, obviously online given the geographical distance.
