★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scortesia è sovrana in questa boutique, non si accettano prenotazioni perché temono non si vada a trovarle però se c'è gente in negozio non si fanno scrupolo a far attendere fuori le clienti, al freddo, anche se si ha insieme una'anziana di 85 anni
La stupidità della commessa, sicuramente istruita dalle proprietarie (mamma e figlia) riferisce che l'attesa fuori è dovuta al Covid ma se così fosse avrebbero dovuto, però una migliore organizzazione, accettare la nostra richiesta telefonica di prenotazione, sicché ne deduco che vige la più totale arroganza e prepotenza in quel negozio.
Comunque risolto. Cosola non è l'unica boutique ad avere assortimento di bella roba. Nello stesso pomeriggio, rivolte altrove, 5 donne (il nostro gruppo) hanno avuto gentilezza, cortesia e assistenza di prim'ordine. Forse Cosola non aveva necessità di vendere.
A mai più signora Cosola & figlia......
Rudeness is sovereign in this boutique, reservations are not accepted because they fear you will not visit them, however if there are people in the shop they do not scruple to make customers wait outside, in the cold, even if you have an elderly woman together. 85 years old
The stupidity of the saleswoman, certainly instructed by the owners (mother and daughter) reports that the wait outside is due to Covid but if that were the case they should have, however, a better organization, accept our telephone booking request, so I deduce that the more total arrogance and bullying in that shop.
Anyway solved. Cosola isn't the only boutique with an assortment of beautiful stuff. In the same afternoon, turned elsewhere, 5 women (our group) had kindness, courtesy and first-rate assistance. Maybe Cosola didn't need to sell.
To never again Mrs. Cosola & daughter ......
