Traumhaftes Wetter, liebe Gastgeber und das gewohnte saubere geräumige Domizil mit dem Schlern vorm Fenster... Einfach Spitze. Danke nochmals. Bis zum nächsten Mal. Rispetto all'abitato di Siusi la frazione di San Valentino è maggiormente esposta al sole e questo in inverno è un bel vantaggio e la vista è panoramica su Sciliar e la valle Isarco. Io ero nell'appartamento Castelvecchio, il più piccolo dei 3, ma siamo stati comodi in 3 persone, con gli spazi giusti. Al mattino la gentile proprietaria Elisabeth ti fa trovare pane fresco, yogurt, latte crudo, marmellate, ecc. tutto a km 0. Per chi non vuole usare l'auto di fronte l'appartamento passa lo skibus che porta alla cabinovia di Siusi. I proprietari molto gentili. Consigliato. The apartment is in an excellent position to access the Alpe di Siusi. I was there in December 2019. Compared to the town of Siusi, the hamlet of San Valentino is more exposed to the sun and this in winter is a nice advantage and the view is panoramic on Sciliar and the Isarco valley. I was in the Castelvecchio apartment, the smallest of the 3, but 3 people were comfortable with the right spaces. In the morning the friendly owner Elisabeth makes you find fresh bread, yogurt, raw milk, jams, etc. all at km 0. For those who do not want to use the car in front of the apartment, the ski bus goes to the Siusi cable car. Very nice owners. Recommended.
P	Peter Zimmermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Mai 2021 für ca. eine Woche mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 8 Jahre, 1 Kind 10 Jahre) zu Besuch auf dem Ronsolhof bei Kastelruth. Wir waren schon des Öfteren auf Bauernhöfen wegen der Kinder, aber dieser war mit Abstand der Beste! Die komplette Scheune wurde neu aufgebaut, alles sehr detailbewusst und im traditionellen Stil. In der Scheune befindet sich ein Freilaufstall für die Kühe, die tiergerecht mit modernster Technik gemolken und ernährt werden. Die Kühe, die zahlreichen Ziegen, Hasen, Enten, Katzen, Hühner werden sehr artgerecht gehalten und gepflegt. Alles ist für die Kinder frei zugänglich. Es wurde während unserem Aufenthalt sogar ein Kälbchen geboren. Die Besitzer sind äußerst hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und wirklich super freundlich! Man bekommt jederzeit umfassend Auskunft über die Lebensweise auf dem Hof oder über Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir hatten zu viert die kleinste Wohnung mit Terrasse neben dem liebevoll gestalteten Spielplatz und waren trotz des einen Schlafzimmers super zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Der Blick auf den Schlern war einmalig und die unmittelbare Nähe zur Seiser Alm war optimal für Wanderausflüge. Jederzeit gerne wieder, die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Danke für eine ganz tolle Woche und maximalen Respekt vor der ganzen Arbeit, Mühe, Tierliebe und liebevollen Gestaltung, die in diesen Bauernhof reingesteckt wurden! We were in May 2021 for about a week with the family (2 adults, 1 child 8 years, 1 child 10 years) to visit the Ronsolhof near Castelrotto. We've been to farms several times because of the kids, but this one was by far the best! The entire barn was rebuilt, everything very detailed and in the traditional style. In the barn there is a free-range stall for the cows, which are milked and fed in an animal-friendly manner using the latest technology. The cows, the numerous goats, rabbits, ducks, cats and chickens are kept and cared for in a very species-appropriate way. Everything is freely accessible for the children. A calf was even born during our stay. The owners are extremely helpful, always approachable and really super friendly! You can always get comprehensive information about the way of life on the farm or about excursion destinations in the area. The four of us had the smallest apartment with a terrace next to the lovingly designed playground and were super satisfied despite the one bedroom. The apartment was very well equipped and absolutely clean. The view of the Schlern was unique and the close proximity to the Alpe di Siusi was ideal for hiking trips. Anytime again, the children didn't want to go home anymore. Thank you for a great week and maximum respect for all the work, effort, love for animals and the loving design that went into this farm!

Der herrliche Ausblick auf den Schlern, die gemütliche Wohnung und die herzliche Art der Gastgeber - vor allem dir, Elisabeth, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft! Morgens gab es einen liebevollen Brötchenkorb, nach Wunsch frische Milch, Eier, selbst gemachten Joghurt und Marmeladen. Meine Tochter war jede freie Minute bei den Tieren (Katzen, Hasen, Ziegen, Kälber, Hühner, Enten) und hat sich in der freien, schönen Atmosphäre auf dem Hof auch super wohlgefühlt. Der Hof liegt ganz toll und man kann direkt in alle Richtungen loswandern. Auch auf die Seiser Alm ist es nur ein Katzensprung und für weitere Ausflühge ist der Ronsolhof ebenfalls eine günstige Ausgangsstation. Kurz: Riesen-Empfehlung! We had a wonderful week at the Ronsolhof! The wonderful view of the Schlern, the cozy apartment and the warm nature of the hosts - especially you, Elisabeth, thank you very much for your hospitality! In the morning there was a lovely bread basket, fresh milk, eggs, homemade yoghurt and jams if desired. My daughter was with the animals every free minute (cats, rabbits, goats, calves, chickens, ducks) and also felt very comfortable in the free, beautiful atmosphere on the farm. The farm is in a great location and you can start hiking in all directions. The Alpe di Siusi is only a stone's throw away and the Ronsolhof is also a convenient starting point for other excursions. In short: huge recommendation!

D	Darcy Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I took the train from Vienna to Salzburg, then to Bolzano on our way to Tuscany, renting a car and staying at Ronsolhof from Sept 28 - Oct 1 2016. It was delightful to stay on this working dairy farm with a short drive to the mountains for hiking. The fresh milk, yogurt and homemade breads brought to us daily were delicious. The apartment was clean and well furnished and offered a nice sunny balcony with a gorgeous view. We really enjoyed our hardworking host, Elizabeth, who generously took the time to orient us to the area, show us the farm, and just sit and visit with us. Ronsolhof was a nice breath of fresh air for us after lots of sightseeing in the cities.....Would highly recommend!
