★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur avendo speso più di 60.000€ per due macchine poco tempo fa, hanno deciso di perdere la faccia addebitandomi erroneamente poco più di 100€ in occasione di un tagliando. Può capitare, tutti sbagliamo.. ma, nonostante mi sia presentato con tutta la documentazione necessaria per dimostrare l'errore, si sono categoricamente rifiutati di rimborsarmi.
Questo non può capitare, è giusto avvisare i futuri clienti. NON FIDATEVI
Despite having spent over € 60,000 on two cars a short time ago, they decided to lose face by mistakenly charging me just over € 100 for a service. It can happen, we all make mistakes .. but, despite having presented me with all the necessary documentation to prove the mistake, they categorically refused to reimburse me.
This cannot happen, it is right to warn future customers. DON'T TRUST
