Una prima considerazione, immediata: il luogo è davvero splendido, in una zona collinare idilliaca, tra morbidi e sinuosi vigneti, ulivi e boschi. Un paesaggio intatto, almeno nella sua parte più elevata. La struttura che ospita l'agriturismo con la possibilità di pernottamento, è stata recuperata con ammirevole cura e si presenta al visitatore ed all'ospite, in tutta la sua antica bellezza e suggestione, in una posizione panoramica invidiabile. La cucina è strettamente legata, com'è giusto, alla stagionalità ed ai prodotti locali. Abbiamo degustato degli ottimi gnocchi ai funghi porcini, dei cjarzons ( spero che si scriva così), un piatto tipico friulano, forse carnico in particolare: una sorta di "raviolo" ripieno con erbe e insaporito con del burro fuso e della ricotta. Buonissimi. sapidi e delicati al tempo stesso. Buono il frico con polenta morbida ed il tortino o flan di zucca con una "crema" al montasio. Servizio ottimo, svolto da due giovani e sorridenti, addette alla sala, cortesi e professionali. Conto di estrema correttezza. Regole di sicurezza anti-covid scrupolosamente osservate. Un'ottima esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare, spassionatamente. Grazie. P.s.: prenotazione caldeggiata e quasi obbligatoria in determinate date. I report and review the farm for having, on Sunday 10 October 2021, with my wife, tasted some dishes from their menu. A first, immediate consideration: the place is truly splendid, in an idyllic hilly area, among soft and sinuous vineyards, olive trees and woods. An intact landscape, at least in its highest part. The structure that houses the farmhouse with the possibility of staying overnight, has been recovered with admirable care and presents itself to the visitor and guest, in all its ancient beauty and charm, in an enviable panoramic position. The cuisine is closely linked, as is right, to seasonality and local products. We tasted excellent gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, cjarzons (I hope you spell it like this), a typical Friulian dish, perhaps Carnic in particular: a sort of "ravioli" stuffed with herbs and flavored with melted butter and ricotta. Very good. savory and delicate at the same time. Good frico with soft polenta and flan or pumpkin flan with a Montasio "cream". Excellent service, carried out by two young and smiling people, courteous and professional staff. Account of extreme correctness. Scrupulously observed anti-covid safety rules. An excellent experience that we would like to recommend, dispassionately. Thanks. P.s .: reservation is highly recommended and almost compulsory on certain dates.

Wonderful location, splendid and immense rooms, crazy cuisine (the minestrone is fabulous), very good wine, family welcome and very helpful, I hope to return soon.

Camere comodissime. Cerco di andarci almeno una volta all'anno perché basta un weekend per sentirsi come nuovi. Beautiful place, excellent wine (especially the Pignolo, for me) and delicious food. I still dream of their cured meats, salami cooked in vinegar and gnocchi. Very comfortable rooms. I try to go there at least once a year because a weekend is enough to feel like new.
