Purtroppo in certi momenti ci si affida al primo risultato che si trova su Google, senza avere minimamente idea dei prezzi, dei modi e della professionalità dell'agenzia che viene contattata in un momento così delicato. Mi aspettavo assolutamente più serietà e sensibilità, invece si sono persi nelle piccole richieste, facendo anche danni come scalfire la bara durante il trasporto, far cadere i fiori, sbagliare le stampe. Certo chi non lavora non sbaglia, ma chi sbaglia, ed ha un minimo di tatto e professionalità si scusa. Poi sul loro sito si vantano di essere sul mercato locale da quasi 100 anni, ma probabilmente solo perchè per fortuna il funerale non è un evento così frequente e avranno molto ricambio di clientela. Penso che sia proprio vero che chi si loda si imbroda. Definitely unprofessional and very rough. I absolutely expected more seriousness and sensitivity, instead they got lost in small requests, also doing damage such as scratching the coffin during transport, dropping the flowers, making mistakes in the prints. Then on their site they boast of being on the local market for almost 100 years, but probably only because luckily the funeral is not such a frequent event and they will have a lot of customer turnover.
