Abbiamo fatto scrivere due raccomandate dal nostro Avvocato perché chiediamo la specifica dei conguagli ma nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondere. Ci hanno mandato le rate che secondo loro dobbiamo pagare senza dimostrare a cosa si riferisce il conguaglio. Noi continuiamo a pagare l'affitto ogni mese. La Romeo ogni mese aumenta il conto del conguaglio ma non risponde al nostro Legale. Sembra un atteggiamento intimidatorio e per niente trasparente. We went several times because they continue (despite the regular payment of the rent of the apartment) to ask for extra money for balances which in a few months reached the sum of more than € 11,000. We had two registered letters written by our lawyer because we ask for the specific adjustments but no one has ever deigned to answer. They sent us the installments that they believe we must pay without proving what the balance refers to. We continue to pay the rent every month. Romeo increases the balance bill every month but does not respond to our lawyer. It seems intimidating and not at all transparent.

Con la pandemia neanche quello, altre società si sono preparate meglio per accogliere i visitatori.Call center inqualificabile.Personale scortese. Veramente pessimo!! A company that manages the Inps real estate assets that is open to the public only 1 day. With the pandemic not even that, other companies have better prepared to welcome visitors. Unspeakable call center. Rude staff. Really bad !!
