★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience, the food, the decor, the polite staff is just excellent.
You would want to live here xd.
The place is not too crowded, there are power points litteraly everywhere, wifi inclusive, seats are very comfortable and well maintained.
Overall, this has been my first lounge experience and it's really good I would recommend to anyone.

As a top status frequent flyer, if I compare this lounge, it is amongst the top lounges of Star Alliance.
Excellent food. Good service. Excellent reception and welcome. The longe offers preflight dining. The pizza and salads were very good.
The toilets were clean and tidy. Plenty of space, good temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed it very much. It wasn't over crowded and very pleasant. Recently we have found many of the airline lounges to be so full, that my husband and I can't find a place to sit together. This lounge had plenty of seating space, good food and quiet space to work, read or just rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional Star Alliance lounge with excellent food and drinks. High praise for the staff who work here, for they offer friendly and prompt service. We had to stay for an extended period of time, and loved every minute of it.
