The first trip was from Acilia (a south-western Roman suburb) to Villa Ada (a north-eastern Roman suburb). The second trip was from Villa Ada to Fiumicino airport. On both occasions, the driver was prompt, dressed in a uniform, courteous, and professional. Both cars (Mercedes E-class and Lancia Voyager) were well maintained and super clean. The rates are as posted on their website and there is no surprise when you get dropped off. The drivers would chat if you wanted to but if you don't want to they'll leave you be. Both spoke English but I spoke Italian to them so I can't comment on how good their English would be. The only complaint I might have with this service is that you can't book the service over the phone and finding the booking form on their website isn't terribly intuitive. The next time I'm in Rome I'll definitely be going back to Luca and his great team of drivers.

Despite filling out the online forms correctly, and both calling and emailing two days prior to my appointment, they never showed. When they were not at the agreed pick up point, I called and was assured that they would be there in 10 minutes. They never showed. How are you to rely on a business that behaves this way?
l	lili mercado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked and confirmed my airport transfer 15 days prior and they never showed up. I tried calling but the office doesn't open until 9 am. I emailed them. They responded with an apology and that were some problems with management and that they just saw the exchange of names and services for my booking. How do you run a business like this when people trust you? And they put on their website as a trip advisor certificate of excellence 2016. How? Do not book these people if you have a time restraint like catching a flight.
J	Jim Ou Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We requested our ride from Rome city to FCO Terminal 1 the night before our departure (10/27/2021). The request form online was very easy with two pre-paid payments methods, PayPal, Credit Card as well as cash option to the driver which we chose. The rate they charged, €48, is as very competitive comparing to the flat rate from Rome city to FCO with allwhite Italian taxies you are on the street is €49 and limousine service booking thru our hotel that we stay is €55. We decided on this as we don’t want to risk not being able to catch a taxi in the morning since we want to leave the hotel by 8:00 AM. We submitted the request by 6:53 pm and on the website it says they cannot guarantee availability if you submit your request past 7:00 pm. So after receiving the system generated confirmation email from them, I called anyways to make sure that it’s confirmed “confirmed”. After speaking with the agent over the phone; they sent another email manually to confirm my booking which gave me a price of mind that i much needed. The driver next morning arrived 30 mins earlier and he had informed our hotel concierge of his arrival! The ride was Mercedes E-class and was super smooth the whole way that took us only 35 mins to get to the airport. I would really recommend the Rome Airport Transportation service wit the ease of use of their booking and the communication.

The driver was on time and was waiting for us in a good place with a name sign. The car was a Mercedes sedan, clean and new as advertised. Very reasonable price. I will absolutely use it again in the future. Thank you!
