( porta non fornita da loro) chiamo perché la mia porta era bloccata... e quindi mi serviva un tecnico per poter sistemare il problema ... mi risponde una signora che dopo aver spiegato il problema mi dice.. ma e una nostra porta montata da noi ?? La mia risposta: no!!! E la signora mi risponde: e un bel problema... noi possiamo tra 2 settimane!!! Ma ci sono clienti di serie A e clienti di serie D ??? Esperienza super negativa!!! ovviamente per la persona che mi ha risposto al telefono.
My rating is based on a phone call from me for a security door assistance ... (door not provided by them) I call because my door was locked ... and so I needed a technician to fix the problem ... a lady answers me who after explaining the problem tells me .. but is it our door assembled by us? My answer: no !!! And the lady replies: it's a big problem ... we can in 2 weeks !!! But are there A-series customers and D-series customers ??? Super bad experience !!! obviously for the person who answered the phone.
