(Non ho parole) secondo contatto Pasquale Romano persona squisitissima. Purtroppo il covid ha complicato la consegna del camper ed anche questa azione l'hanno risolta egregiamente. Dimenticavo Francesco (grazie anche a te).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voleva venderemi un pezzo usato ed usurato per nuovo al prezzo di 250 euro da listino. Essendomi accorta che il ricambio fosse usato, ho insistito per uno sconto, che mi è stato fatto di soli 25 €.....
Apparte la presa in giro di questo sconto ridicolo, quando poi la mancata serietà nel voler insistere che il pezzo fosse nuovo quando palesemente si trattava di una cosa non usata... ma di più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf unserer Süditalien Reise stieg der Kühlschrank aus, weshalb wir Romano Caravans angefahren haben (Service Partner Dometic). Die Mitarbeiter, aber vor allem Herr Romano waren sehr hilfreich & freundlich und haben das Problem lösen können. Wir mussten zwar 2 Tage ins Hotel, da es aufwendiger war, aber wir wurden persönlich gebracht und abgeholt. Vielen Dank für alles! So wünscht man es sich, wenn man unverhofft ein Problem mit dem Camper hat.
The refrigerator got out on our trip to southern Italy, which is why we drove to Romano Caravans (Service Partner Dometic). The staff, but above all Mr. Romano, were very helpful & friendly and were able to solve the problem. We had to go to the hotel for 2 days because it was more complex, but we were brought in and picked up personally. Many thanks for everything!
