S	Simone Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 20/04 decido di acquistare un kangoo frigo da loro vedendolo in vetrina sul sito. Lascio tutte le altre trattative con concessionari zona Roma poiché Il venditore mi dice che quello non era disponibile ma non c'era da preoccuparsi perché all'invio della documentazione ed alla firma dei contratti 15gg lavorativi ed avrei avuto il mezzo come da foto. Per affrettare i tempi non ho richiesto sconti né altro ed il 07/05 va a Roma (dal Molise) a firmare il contratto con la promessa che tempo 20gg lavorativi ed avevo il mezzo. Chiamati 20gg dopo sono completamente cambiati i toni(una spocchia assurda ed un rimbalzo di persone gentili e cortesi come l'f24 il 16 di ogni mese) e iniziano a rimandare di settimana in settimana dando la colpa alla motorizzazione. Fatto finalmente il collaudo del gruppo frigo il gg 11/06 mi garantivano la consegna in una settimana con la garanzia che non saremmo mai arrivati a luglio. Il 25/06 mi richiedono saldo anticipo poiché avevano inviato i documenti per le targhe(in genere occorrono 3/5gg per immatricolare). Immediatamente saldati chiamo il 02/07 per sapere che cosa mancasse ora (mi aspettavo che mi rispondessero: i bulloni delle targhe). Mi rimandano di un'altra settimana cioè oggi 06/07 per darmi notizie più precise. Richiamati la risposta è stata 'non si sa quando escono le targhe' probabilmente passa anche questa settimana. Arriverà anche agosto e daranno la colpa alle ferie. Assolutamente pentito di aver comprato da loro. On 20/04 I decide to buy a kangoo fridge from them seeing it in the window on the site. I leave all the other negotiations with dealers in the Rome area because the seller tells me that the one was not available but there was no need to worry because at the sending of the documentation and the signing of the contracts 15 working days and I would have had the vehicle as in the photo. To speed up the times I did not ask for discounts or anything else and on 07/05 he went to Rome (from Molise) to sign the contract with the promise that I would have 20 working days and I had the means. Called 20 days later, the tones have completely changed (an absurd arrogance and a rebound of kind and courteous people like the f24 on the 16th of each month) and begin to postpone from week to week, blaming the motorization. Once the refrigeration unit was finally tested on 11/06, they guaranteed delivery in a week with the guarantee that we would never arrive in July. On 25/06 they ask me for a balance advance because they had sent the documents for the number plates (generally it takes 3/5 days to register). Immediately welded, I call 02/07 to find out what was missing now (I expected them to answer me: the plate bolts). They send me another week that is today 06/07 to give me more precise news. Recalled the answer was 'you do not know when the plates come out' probably also passes this week. August will also arrive and they will blame the holidays. Absolutely regret buying from them.
