★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducato e presuntuoso. Sono stato presso la sede per vedere i diversi modelli e scegliere le caratteristiche costruttive. Mi era stato promesso un preventivo entro pochi giorni, ma non è arrivato, l’ho quindi sollecitato, ma ancora non è arrivato, ho quindi richiamato e la giustificazione è stata “guardi, ne ho talmente tanti da fare!”. Mi sono “complimentato” per il fatto che tanto lavoro significasse tanto guadagno, ma ho fatto presente che non mi sono sentito trattato bene (la sensazione, al telefono, era che gli stessi rompendo le scatole) che in fin dei conti ero un possibile cliente; la risposta è stata molto secca: “allora il preventivo non glielo faccio nemmeno”.
Rude and conceited. I was at the headquarters to see the different models and choose the construction features. I was promised a quote within a few days, but it didn't arrive, so I requested it, but it hasn't arrived yet, so I called back and the justification was "look, I have so many to do!". I "complimented" the fact that a lot of work meant a lot of money, but I pointed out that I didn't feel well treated (the feeling, on the phone, was that I was bothering him) that in the end I was a possible customer ; the answer was very dry: “then I won't even give you the quote”.
