l	luca valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale pessimo prima di riuscire a fissare un appuntamento mi sono sentito riagganciare in faccia il telefono diverse volte Riuscito finalmente a parlare con il personale e a fissare un appuntamento mi reco in studio perdendo ore di lavoro dopo essere rimasto un ora in piedi ( nella sala d'attesa microscopica ) ed essermi visto passare avanti persone senza appuntamento arrivate dopo mi sento dire che non hanno tempo per me e che sarebbe meglio tornare un altra volta Evidentemente i miei soldi non gli servono meglio così li spenderò con persone più gentili e professionali !!! Queste sono scuse davanti a me avete fatto passare almeno due persone che sono entrate dicendo di non avere appuntamento Ora a distanza di un anno visto il momento di crisi porgere le scuse e offrite un appuntamento gratuito per salvare la faccia E il posteriore... Disponibile a qualsiasi confronto senza tema di smentita. Mai piu’ quei 2 soldi che mi ha preso se li goda e si vergogni. Dopo aver atteso qualche minuto nella piccola sala d'attesa (parva sed pulcra est :-) sono stata accolta dalla dottoressa Romagnoli con un enorme sorriso. Davvero molto gentile e competente, mi ha spiegato in maniera molto chiara il mio caso ed è riuscita a risolvere un mio annoso problema. Vedendo le attrezzature dello studio (laser ed altro) sono poi tornata per altre "cosette" per mantenere la pelle giovane. E poi ogni volta che esco dal suo studio faccio un po' di shopping tra i negozi lì sotto che meritano davvero. ? Consigliatissima! Extremely positive experience. Dato che non è stato possibile fissare entro pochi giorni un appuntamento con la dottoressa, ci è stato dato un appuntamento dopo due giorni con un altro dermatologo dello studio, il dottor Russo. Si è dimostrato molto competente e il problema di mio figlio è già molto migliorato seguendo la terapia prescritta. Ottima esperienza!
