queste 2 cose sono un connubio impossibile per chiunque e' ora che cominciate a mettervelo in testa.
Esiste la capacità di apprendimento che puo' essere molto piu' efficace dell'esperienza e le persone laureate in questo sono il top.
Inoltre se l'ambiente non e' stimolante inutile pretendere persone dinamiche.
