★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto necessità di soffermarmi per piu di qualche giorno.Zona assolutamente ben servita da ogni genere di servizio,camere semplici ma molto pulite e provviste dei confort necessari compreso servizio di lavatrice ed asciugatrice in comune.Rapporto qualità prezzo quasi insuperabile.Ma Il vero valore aggiunto è l host,una persona veramente squisita e super disponibile che ha reso il soggiorno nel suo beb ancora piu piacevole.Spero di tornarci al piu presto,grazie ancora.
I needed to stay for more than a few days. Area absolutely well served by every kind of service, simple but very clean rooms equipped with the necessary comforts including shared washing machine and dryer service. Almost unbeatable value for money. But the real value added is the host, a truly exquisite and super helpful person who made the stay in his beb even more enjoyable. I hope to return soon, thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, abbiamo preso la camera con il piano cottura, stanza ben tenuta e pulita,letti comodissimi,tutti i comfort già compresi quali lenzuola, stoviglie,asciugamani, asciugacapelli, tv, wi fi, macchina del caffè ecc.
Servizio pulizie ottimo, proprietario gentilissimo e sempre presente. La camera infine è ubicata al piano terra ed è stata una grande comodità. Metro vicina e tutti i servizi a pochi passi da casa. Voto eccellente, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
Everything perfect, quiet and peaceful area, we took the room with the hob, well kept and clean room, very comfortable beds, all comforts already included such as sheets, dishes, towels, hairdryer, TV, wi fi, coffee machine etc.
Excellent cleaning service, very kind owner and always present. Finally, the room is located on the ground floor and was a great convenience. Metro nearby and all services within walking distance from home. Excellent rating, we will definitely be back.
