Più orientato verso il campo che il giardino, la varietà floreale e di arbusti rampicanti è scarsa. Buona disponibilità di concime e terriccio ma decisamente cara, cara come antiparassitari e fungicidi.
Ha da poco ricevuto la qualifica di storico e se la merita ma solo come salottino per le signore del borgo. Ci sono vivai molto più forniti e più economici. Parentesi personale: in trent'anni che lo frequento neanche un centesimo di sconto.
